Scott Honda is hiring motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist for evenings and some weekends. Eligible applicants are energetic and outgoing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Acts as the first impression as well as the final interface with the customer.
Achieving High Standards
- Greets all customers promptly, provides timely professional services.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests. Asks questions to ensure understanding of needs.
Working Effectively With Others
- Builds productive working relationships, consults with others as necessary.
- Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listening.
- Stays at reception desk and ensures coverage during breaks.
- Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions.
- Assists with filing and separation of repair orders to be filed.
Handling Pressure
- Maintains composure in dealing with customers.
- Refers customers who have additional questions to the appropriate individual.
Managing Complexity
- Coordinates with other dealership employees to provide service to customers.
- Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
