Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Requirements: Strong Oracle background and relational database experience Ability to develop SQL queries, preferably PL/SQL experience MQ Series message flow development Java Programming and Web Development ASP/ASP.NET Programming and Web Development Understanding of electric utilities and related IT systems Working knowledge of Windows and Unix server and workstation environments May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript).
