Job Description :
We are looking for a driven individual to join our expanding team of experts as we create the communities where we live, work, and play.
Qualified applicants must have great verbal and written communication skills, outstanding computer abilities (at a minimum, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office), a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
As a Project Manager, you will use your land development experience, design knowledge, and skills to develop and manage innovative projects that include site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans, stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure design. You'll also be responsible for obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits for various projects. Experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required.
Our ideal person has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and is a licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania at a minimum.
