Job description

Bee Well Botanicals in Kennesaw, GA is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Bee Team. We are located at 667 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy Suite 412.

About Bee Well:

Founded in 2018, we are passionate about transparency and education. We focus on hemp-derived products in a family-friendly environment. Our hope is to help break the stigma around the Cannabis industry. Our store features a farm-bill compliant Bud Bar.

Our ideal candidate is compassionate, positive, and self-motivated. While we'd love to find someone passionate about the CBD & Cannabis industry, we provide full in-house training for all team members regardless of experience level.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a high level of customer service for each guest, from greeting to exit.
• Assisting customers with selecting items that fit their wellness needs.
• Ringing transactions, cash handling.
• Recommending, weighing, and bagging hemp flower.
• Ensuring store inventory and supplies stay stocked.
• Participating in ongoing training and knowledge refreshers as part of our Team Growth.
• Sampling products and creating inventory, as needed.
• Keeping the story tidy and recovered, cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED
• 21+ due to the nature of the industry
• 6 months minimum retail experience
• Evening & weekend availability required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CBD products and industry
• Experience in a non-transactional selling environment
