Stellar Solutions is seeking a talented professional who can provide enterprise level strategic technical support. The contractor team shall assist the Cross Mission Integration Office with technical and visionary expertise that informs ground segment investments, and enhances space architectures from mission specific stovepipes to a common enterprise ground framework utilizing automation and services as a basis for capabilities. This will entail but is not limited to collaboration with other space agencies, organizations, and services at SAP classification levels, analyzing mission needs, exploring implementation of standards where practicable, evaluation of technology solutions, performing systems trades, conducting pertinent studies, and contributing to reviews and products that inform investment and integration of cross mission solutions for the space ground segment and associated capabilities.
This role supports the Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Systems Architect Systems Engineering and Cross Mission Integration Office. The ideal candidate would already have a TS/SCI (or be TS/SCI eligible) and experience with ground systems used for satellite telemetry, tracking, ad commanding (TT&C). (20 years of experience overall)
Responsibilities
include building and coordinating acquisition strategies, technical reports and briefings to include business and policy analysis. This role involves working closely with assigned government and contractor teams that may be augmented based upon the actions in work. The applicant may support discussions and analysis of organizational strategies and initiatives as well as long-term goals and issues to address in deliverables. The applicant may also will organize face-to-face meetings and teleconferences and review technical and programmatic documentation related to assigned taskings.

The typical pay range for this part-time position is USD $96,000 - $108,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package).
