Director, Project Management
Job Description:
In this role, you will lead corporate level projects. The successful candidate will lead the Integrated Management System and development of Integrated Product Teams to execute corporate level projects. The candidate will generate Work Breakdown Structures and manage schedule and resources dependencies to meet project goals on time and on budget. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure of projects. The candidate is expected to communicate effectively across business units, engineering and operations functions to identify resource requirements and execute assigned projects.
The candidate will have experience with semiconductor component manufacturing to include wafer foundry, circuit card assembly, and chip scale packaging. The candidate will have experience and proven ability to scale production to meet business forecasts for microelectronic components. The candidate will have experience with lifecycle management of microelectronics products and demonstrated ability to support project proposals, cost estimates, contract development, and management of financial statements.
