Job Title: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Job Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $130k-$180k
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Project Manager at another General Contractor. Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, etc. 

We are a top General Contractor in the United states and currently hiring for an experienced Project Manager. 

We are heavily focused in commercial construction projects but have wide range of projects across Healthcare, retail, higher education, K-12, student housing, aviation, religious, industrial, multi-family, recreation, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage all phases of the project 
- Assure construction meets established quality standards 
- Identify and implement methods and systems for achieving cost savings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.

What You Need for this Position

- 6+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
- Experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare/Medical, Higher Education, K-12, etc.
- Experience managing complex building projects
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
