**Urology opening in Fort Wayne, IN**

* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Ability to tailor the practice to meet your goals
* Option to practice out of 5 different hospitals

**Highlights of practice and procedures including (but not limited to):**

* Great patient demand for services supported by large employed primary care network
* Davinci robot procedures
* Block time in OR
* Interstim implants
* Moses technology for Holmium laser procedures
* Urodynamics
* Cystoscopy
* Penile prosthetic procedures
* Support services of Interventional Radiology
* Full multi-disciplinary subspecialty support within network
* APP Support

**A Comprehensive Compensation Package Will be Offered and May Include:**

* Guaranteed Salary plus WRVU incentive (up to $625k)
