Summary:
Confluent Health and our partners - Strive, Western Berks, and Dresher Physical Therapy is looking for a FULL-TIME Marketing Liaison who has the responsibility for collaborating with the CMO and Marketing Team and the partner brands to plan and execute marketing initiatives and implement numerous growth initiatives. The position works closely with Strive’s CMO, Strive’s marketing director and marketing team.
Marketing referral sources including doctors, lawyers, etc. in going into their offices etc. Using Salesforce to document interactions with referral sources office. Facilitate communication between a company and a marketing team developing their marketing campaign. Interacting with Clinical Directors and helping them to assist with internal marketing campaign. Assist and facilitate scheduling client meetings and other company engagements, community events, open houses etc. Ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided by the marketing department and clinics.

Full-Time, Salary, + Incentive-based compensation!
- Prepare marketing plans and strategies for specific products or services.
- Write reports about market conditions, trends, or potential changes in consumer preferences for specific products or services. Produce SF report at the end of the week to go to Clinical directors.
- Produce brochures, flyers, banners, or other printed materials for events or promotions.
- Remain abreast of latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing & healthcare.
- Utilize analytics to report on the effectiveness of social site placement and information derived from conversations on social media.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
- Execute all other duties assigned Non-Essential Functions:
- Participate in and be responsible for the planning of continuing education events as needed and requested.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
- Attending staff meetings and biweekly meetings for updates
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Related Healthcare field or field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of healthcare operations, and ability to understand competitive analysis and marketplace trends.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Great at relationship building and follow through. Outgoing personality is a must.
- Previous experience with health care sales is a must. Current relationships with the primary care community is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasker in a fast paced event management environment and self-motivated.
- Up to date on current trends in physician relationships and referral development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and public speaking.
- Participates in marketing functions in the community as needed
- Works closely with the clinical operations leadership team to identify areas/clinics with most immediate need and determine appropriate response
Experience
2+ years’ experience in health-care marketing and sales preferred.
