Full-Time Onsite with Paid Relocation: Our Award Winning Client is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position, and we offer a paid relocation package for the right candidate.

Job Description

Skills: We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in homebuilding project/construction management, proficiency in Bluebeam, and expertise in estimating and cost management.

Qualifications: In this role, you will be supporting the Purchasing and Estimating Team in various capacities. Your technical skills will play a crucial role in the successful execution of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct conceptual and detailed estimates for projects of diverse size and complexity, involving materials price lists, labor costs, and equipment.
2. Research historical estimating data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) to generate summary reports for the development of guidelines and precedents for future estimates.
3. Collaborate closely with project management and project development teams to communicate and deliver estimates, including preferred/pre-defined subcontractors, for final buyouts.
4. Possess a working knowledge of material unit costs, systems square foot costs, and total building square foot costs.
5. Stay informed on changes and trends in construction methods, materials, costs, wage rates, fringes, and working rules.
6. Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, cooperation, and industriousness.
