Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in memory circuit design.
- Proficient in simulating and analyzing circuits using transistor-level simulators.
- Hands-on experience in layout extraction, post-layout simulations, and verification.
- Familiarity with floorplanning, physical implementation, and leaf cell layout integration.
- Scripting skills for automating characterization flow.
- Knowledge of specifying and verifying behavioral and physical memory models.
