Job description
SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Machine Maintenance Tech for a digital printing company in Tukwila, WA. Ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude and can cross train in different departments (details below).
PAY : $24 - $30 DOE
TITLE & SHIFT: Warehouse Printing Machine Mechanic, Day shift
LOCATION : Tukwila, WA
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 6am -2pm + mandatory OT ** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK DURING PEAK SEASON (4-6 weeks) **

ABOUT THE JOB:
The basic function of this position will include but is not limited to machine repair and maintenance, disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and will be responsible for diagnosing and carrying out any repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered on machines.
· Diagnosing and problem-solving mechanical/electrical issues and correcting them
· Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
· Performing preventative maintenance
· Handling basic repairs and maintenance
· Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
· Working with mechanical and electrical equipment
· Must be able to cross train in different departments
REQUIREMENTS :
· Good attendance is an absolute must!
· Must be able to work 7 days a week for 4-6 weeks during peak season
· Must have a minimum of 1 year mechanical maintenance experience
· Must be able work in a fast paced environment
· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
· Ability to check electrical schematics, blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
· Experience with precision measuring instruments, electronic testing devices, PLC, PCB, AC and DC motor
· Great attention to detail
· Strong time management skills
· Great team player
