This position offers a $230k - $240k yearly salary (dependent upon experience), $15k sign-on bonus, and additional quarterly bonus structure.

We are seeking a Full-Time Attending Physician/Medical Director for our centers in northern West Virginia. Locations include Morgantown, Fairmont, Grafton, and Salem.

This position can be filled by an experienced physician or a physician who has just completed a residency program.

This is a Dual Role Attending Physician/Medical Director. It is clinical in nature. Must be BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC Experience.

Qualifications:

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. M.D. or D.O. required.2.
