Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an International Tax Director for a growing, global corporation based in Seattle. This role is responsible for overseeing all international tax planning and compliance. The role involves managing U.S. international income tax processes, providing strategic tax planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The position requires a strong background in accounting, taxation, and international tax compliance. The company is growing and has an excellent culture. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or equivalent. CPA desired.
• 8+ years overall tax experience, with 5 years of international tax compliance experience.
• Competence in Tax Accounting and Compliance, as well as Planning and M&A activities
• Will consider candidates straight out of Public Accounting
