Job Description
The Registration Manager is an integral part of the registration team as they manage registration operations for events across multiple Commercial Brand entities. We are looking for an individual that can work effectively within a team as well as independently on their assigned tasks. Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills are preferred as well as an ability to stay calm under pressure. This position will also have specific event related tasks across the portfolios to help streamline processes and communication.
Role Accountability and Duties :
- Serves as the event lead and technical liaison for the event group (sales, marketing), operations (Digital, Physical), and customer service
- Create full phase implementation plan to include configurations, customer acceptance, documentation, training, and communication plans, as well as hyper-care oversight
- Clearly scope requirements in required documentation for registration website builds
- Facilitate acceptance testing to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are satisfied
- Helps to identify integrations and data migration needs
- Oversee project life cycle from start to finish; maintain current timelines for all events
- Works directly with third party vendors to create work order requests and facilitate participation on show site
- Responsible for creating, managing, and forecasting the budget; processes all invoices
- Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering reporting needs based on brand/event requests as well as meets department standards
- Manages registration setup for extensive credential and/or conference programs
- Manages onsite registration event operations such as ordering supplies, equipment, coordinating customer support programs and staffing; builds effective and efficient registration layouts including traffic flow.
- Works collaboratively with the Senior Registration Managers to ensure consistent implementation of department standards across event lifecycles and vendor platforms
- Collaborates with Customer Service to provide clear direction for customer service to create & define processes, provide training, and routinely monitor quality. Helps to resolve escalations as necessary
The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience

Qualifications
What you bring to the team :
- Four-year degree or related work experience.
- 2 - 6 years of experience in trade show, conference and/or event experience required.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal. time management and organization skills with experience in overlapping deadlines and managing complex projects or events.
- Onsite Registration area plan development and management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365.
- Prior experience working within and managing a budget.
- Prior experience and comfortability in working both in the administrative and technical areas of various technology platforms.
- Ability to travel at least minimum 25% up to 35%
- High emotional IQ with an ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, recommendation, and attention to detail skills.
