Job description

Operations Coordinator

This is a direct hire position with excellent benefits including paid medical and a 401K.  Fulltime with flexibility for a 4 day work week. This is an onsite position in Topsfield.  Salary $65,000 to $100,000  DOE

Human Resources coordination with external resources for payroll and 401K administration including retiree administration.

Assist the Executive Director with administrative work as needed.  Serve as the bank liaison.

Assist the Executive Director with administrative work as needed.  Secretary to the Board of Trustees, Coordinate Trustee Meetings - take meeting minutes. Assist Chief Grant Making Officer if needed. 

Accounts payable, Grant Documentation (applications, letters, and contracts). 

Must Have - Microsoft Office - strong Excel skills.  Basic accounting, organizational and documentation skills, working knowledge of a variety of technology. Excellent Communication skills, business writing, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task and take initiative.
