We are an established, 40 year old GC who specializes in Multi-Family Construction and we are looking to add an experienced Marketing or Business Development Manager to join our team. As we continue to receive business from repeat clients, we continue to grow and have a need to add employees. What You Will Be Doing

- lead client relationship interaction
- identify business opportunities
- oversee marketing, business development, and public relations initiatives

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years Marketing or Business Development Manager experience
- Experience working at a Construction or Development company
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or engineering
