Job description
Job title: Production Supervisor
Location: Elyria, OH
Shift: 2nd shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm) (training on 1st 7 am to 3 pm)
Wage: $25 to $33 an hour based on experience

Essential job functions are listed below but not limited to, other duties may be required:
- This is a working supervisor position setting up and operating machines as needed
- Works directly with the Plant Manager to produce necessary parts in correlation to customer specifications in on time basis.
- Implement a production schedule with the Plant Manager to meet both production deadlines and customer satisfaction.
- Train and coach employees through an ongoing training program on both ISO work instructions, proper and safe use of all machinery necessary to complete a task.
- Read, plan and organize work schedules to meet production needs on an on time basis
- Oversee and maintain a safe work environment for all employees
- Coordinate and organize the plant for full efficient use of machinery and materials
Requirement
- Must have at least 1 year of supervising experience
- Must have at least 1 year of injection mold or die casting operating experience
- Must have high school diploma
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
