Job description

STAFF SERVICES ANALYST Location Remote in Sacramento County, CA :

and Duties Under the supervision and direction of the Health & Safety Supervisor, the incumbent will review completed ergonomic workstation evaluations and ensure that all recommended items were received and modifications were performed. Contact the evaluator if additional assistance or a return visit is needed. Perform workstation evaluations under the guidance of the Health and Safety staff and supervisor. Replace or fix broken or malfunctioning ergonomic equipment in circulation. The incumbent will also monitor inventory and report back to the Health and Safety supervisor if supplies need to be ordered. Perform monthly automated external defibrillator, first aid room, and safety suggestion box inspections. Monitor safety training records for compliance. Maintain and update thousands of confidential files. Conduct contact tracing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Send out communications to employees and management pertaining to exposures, positive cases, and outbreaks. All duties are performed within the framework of the department's mission and values, and in accordance with departmental policies and general procedures.

Position may be extended to up to 24 months or become permanent.
