Job description
Role: Salesforce project manager/BA
Location: Sunnyvale California
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: $50/hr on W2

Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprisescale CRM and PRM projects
Expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices
Handson experience with the configuration of platform features including user management profiles permission sets role hierarchy. orgwide defaults sharing rules territories custom objects new page layouts
custom fields formula fields validations workflows rulesemall templates process builder flows lightning pages managed packages etc.
Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
management. and analysis including scoping timeline management documenting use cases process ows/swim lane diagrams requirements user acceptance testing. change
Prior management experience etc. SDLC project
Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software
Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highlymatrixed. fastpaced environment
Manage the Salesforce application and define design and configure enhancements to $salesforce platform that provide significant RO1 by bridging the gap between outofthebox salesforce functionalities and business
Job responsibilities include:
Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects including mobilization to scoping. requirements. use case documentation design business readiness testing and implementation.
Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding both functional and reportingbased capabilities. Signoff.
