POSITION SUMMARY

The Employee Relations Specialist (ERS) is an essential part of the development and administration of FPI's Employee Relations Program - assisting management in negotiating the intricacies of Human Capital Management and advocating for employees, as appropriate.

Minimum Pay Rate (salary) - $67,000
Maximum Pay Rate (salary) - $67,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job analyses will be reviewed periodically as duties and responsibilities change with business necessity. Essential and marginal (non-essential) job functions are subject to modification.
