The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Qualifications: • Team player • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required • Expert in forward design concepts • B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors • AI friendly environment Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
