Job description

Systems Analysts ensure Southern Stars Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other integrated applications are highly available, efficient, and well understood by end users and stakeholders. This position partners with end users to understand business requirements, drive adoption and best practices, manage enhancement backlog and issue resolution, execute new releases, and support the ongoing optimization of the ERP systems. A successful candidate would be a self-motivated individual with a passion for learning, who can adapt quickly, communicate well, and enjoy working in a diverse team across different locations.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Engage with end users to elicit requirements, facilitate discussions on business processes, contribute to solution design, documentations, configurations, testing and provide end-user support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining processes, policies, and procedures.
• Independently organize and prioritize tasks to effectively meet end-user needs and drive results.
• Lead the review, verification, and testing of quarterly upgrades, ensuring seamless adaptation by end users.
• Collaborate with business process owners to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, develop BIP/OTBI reports, security setups, and prepare testing/training materials.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in troubleshooting and resolving incidents reported by users.
• Provide comprehensive support by developing, testing, and rolling out solutions, bug fixes and enhancements.
• Utilize SQL statements for logic and report creation.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications to enhance system capabilities.

• Experience supporting/using ERP systems.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Oracle Fusion ERP, FIN, HCM, SCM, Oracle OTBI/BIP Report, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & EPM experience
• PowerPlan Experience
• Project Management experience
• Change Management experience
