National Account Manager - Hybrid (Marietta, GA)
Salary: $100-$110k base + ~ $20-$30k Commission + Benefits!
Experience in Marketing and Advertising Industry Required!
Summary:
The National Account Manager is a key player in the client's organization, building new, and strengthening existing relationships with key accounts. This role blends the opportunities of a relationship manager, nurturing contracted corporate relationship and a Market Consultant, growing participation and engagement from independent franchisees under the corporate brand. National Account Managers are responsible for ensuring the timely execution of annual marketing contracts with corporate decision makers, as well as managing an internal dedicated Client Support team to increase the penetration of location-direct marketing spend from clients with multiple locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly meetings/ daily updates with assigned Client Support team members on the National Account Team
- Lead regular calls with primary client stakeholders for assigned National Accounts
- Attend in person training and business reviews with clients
- Present strategic recommendations for offers and products to add to campaigns.
- Manage dedicated Support Team members in all elements of monthly campaigns, scheduled through our proprietary O/E system
- Organize the completion of custom campaign analysis (either directly or with the aid of the Technology Team)
- Schedule calls to review results of analysis and offer insights on performance and improvements
- Additional/ Supplemental Requests from Customer/MC based on clients' needs
- Opportunities for additional growth/compensation in this role revolve around our ability to maintain corporate annual spend, increase franchisee funded participation, and add additional tactics to the approved marketing mix.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a client support, client facing, or account management role for at least 4 years.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous account management experience
- Prior Print or Direct Mail Experience Preferred
- Must enjoy talking to customer 50% of the time
