Job description
Precision Orthodontics in Antelope, CA is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at our offices in Antelope and Orangevale. The ideal candidate will have a background in both ortho and pedo, as well as proven experience managing a dental practice.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, scheduling appointments, handling billing and insurance claims, and maintaining patient records. The Practice Manager will also be responsible for marketing the practice, developing strategies for growth, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. A background in healthcare administration or business management is preferred.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
