With over 5 years of public accounting experience, particularly in handling complex individual tax matters, you could be a perfect fit.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically working with complex ultra-high net worth individuals.
- Certification: Holding a CPA license is a must for this role.
- Education: A bachelor's and/or master's degree with a focus on accounting/taxation is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in training and developing staff is highly valued.
- Passion for Mentorship: We value professionals who are passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities:

As a Tax Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing complex tax returns and providing insightful feedback to preparers and initial reviewers.
- Engaging in estate planning implementation via trusts for our larger individual clients.
- Corresponding with clients to address their tax concerns and ensure compliance.
- Managing overall tax projects, including planning, projection, and compliance initiatives.
- Mentoring team members and facilitating knowledge transfer within the firm.

Location Options:

Our firm boasts multiple offices in the vibrant Bay Area. This position offers flexibility - you can choose to work from any of our offices or opt for fully remote work from outside the Bay Area.
