Job description

An AAHA accredited small animal general practice in Bradford County, Florida is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

You will treat small animals in a progressive and fast-paced environment and have the support of highly skilled and dedicated staff who are collaborative and team oriented. The practice is fear-free certified which makes for low-stress handling thereby calming and relaxing pet patients.

The practice is also full-service (diagnostics, surgery, internal medicine, urgent care, wellness and preventative care etc.) and is equipped with excellent diagnostic, medical and surgical equipment.

Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply as practice wants to help you flourish!

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• DVM/VMD/NAVLE degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• DEA License (can be acquired upon hire)
• Florida State License
• Proficient surgical and medical experience
• A compassionate and energetic veterinarian
• A strong communicator who loves building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
• A person who possesses strong emotional intelligence and is a team player
