Call Center Leader/Supervisor in Training
Help us build our Vision of the first turn-key Concierge Hearing Rehab practice with Care delivered through a Biblical worldview.
We are looking for a faithful, able, and teachable servant-leader who is willing to roll their sleeves up to help build the impossible from the plans of the Architect. Someone who lives by faith and not by sight!
Looking for a Super-Star Communicator to Learn and then Lead our Patient Care Coordinator Team. Someone with extreme relationship building and sales skills to deliver an exceptional patient coordinating experience. A true leader who delights in developing the best in others.
Responsibilities:
- Start by learning and developing the patient care coordinator role.
- Earn the Team respect by excellent performance.
- Become the Team Leader/Supervisor by developing others to follow in your success.
- Grow to become the Team Supervisor, Trainer and Encourager
Qualifications:
Skills Needed:
- Love for truly helping seniors.
- Excellent Sales skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Call Center or Patient Coordinator experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- KPI/Goals management and execution skills.
- CAN DO attitude.
- References that can validate the above.
