River Park Hospital is a behavioral healthcare hospital and a leader in behavioral health care, located in Huntington, WV has an opening for a  full-time Shift Supervisor - Mental Health Technicians . Shift differentials are available for applicable shifts/days.

Core Job Responsibilities: The Shift Supervisor provides oversight of the therapeutic milieu in areas of the hospital. The oversight/management of the milieu includes ensuring program schedules are followed, providing role modeling specific to managing patients with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses requiring a variety of levels of care (acute, subacute, and residential), as well as mentoring direct care staff in guiding patients towards attaining treatment goals. The Milieu Manager is a liaison to department clinical directors and administration to ensure coordinated and efficient operations of services. The Milieu Manager will be responsible for immediately responding to all codes and function as a co-lead with the hospital shift nursing supervisor with de-escalating situations. The Milieu Manager will assist with both formal and informal training of MHTs
