Join Our Team:

We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dedicated Campaign Associate to join our distributed remote Managed Services team. At our company, we prioritize growth and personal development, offering a dynamic environment where you can expand your skills and thrive.

The Role:

As a Campaign Associate, you will play a crucial role within our Managed Services Team, providing essential support for influencer and social campaigns across a diverse range of enterprise clients. We are seeking a candidate who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and adept at delivering outstanding campaign support on complex accounts.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on large-scale influencer marketing campaigns for leading brands
Identify and engage potential creators for campaigns, curating top creator options for clients
Manage communication with influencers, negotiating terms, coordinating content, and facilitating payments and product fulfillment
Assist Campaign Managers in effective project management across campaigns
Analyze platform analytics to derive insights and optimize campaign performance
Demonstrate expertise and interest in social media strategy across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
Exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness
Strong communication and presentation abilities, both internally and externally
Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement new ideas
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
