Grow with us in our   facility as a Production Operator! With your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we are positive you will fit right in. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, preferably food production. Your responsibilities may include disassembling and assembling packaging, production machine operation and sanitation. If this sounds like you,   then   come be part of a team that shares a can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  

• Safety First –  From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!
• Let’s Get Tidy  –  You will get to know all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment to get it ready for production runs. Let ’ s see those machines sparkle.

• Packing with Care –   preparing our finished product in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures while producing high-quality packing of finished goods
• Technical and Manual Machine Operating –   work with computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well, and producing a quality product.
• Managing Machine Performance -   make sure machines are stocked and working at full capacity, maintained well, and performing basic adjustments and periodic checks while inspecting the product

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS  

• Understanding of basic math to solve problems and manage through on-the-job tasks  
• Ability to communicate effectively, and follow instructions, both verbal and written  
• Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds  
• Ability to work a rotating schedule 7a-7p / 7p-7a; 48 scheduled hours one week, 36 hours the next week.
