Front of House (FOH) - Bartender/Server
Morning Shift - 6:30am-3pm
Evening Shift - 2:30pm-10pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking customers' food and drink orders (in-person and over the phone)
- Ensuring order accuracy
- Bagging to-go orders
- Serving customers
- Processing customer payments
- Bussing, cleaning and sanitizing tables
- Washing and putting away dishes as needed
- Ensuring dining area is tidy and safe at all times
- Carrying out janitorial duties as required
- Performing any other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills :
- 21+years old
- Food service industry experience preferred
- Ability to learn and utilize point of sales systems
- Active OLCC Alcohol Server Permit (or commitment to get one within 45 days)
- Active Oregon Food Handlers Card (or required within 30 days)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
- Able to work quickly, effectively and efficiently under pressure
- High level of professionalism and care
- Be a team player

- Friday & Saturday: 6:30am - 12am (midnight)
Compensations:
- Hourly or Salary (DOE) plus tips
