Position Summary:
Nutrition texturants commercial managers are responsible for driving growth and defending core production lines which includes Emulsifiers, Polyols, Hydrocolloids, and Texture Blend Solutions. This position will primarily be focused on Soy Lecithin across NA markets & business development emulsifiers globally.
Primarily responsible for executing our daily business needs to meet P&L targets and supporting growth strategies. They own coordinating with the cross functional teams to create and maintain performance metrics across product lines, customer contracts, and business development tasks. Collaboration will be key as they work to promote positive initiatives that include commercial owners, sales teams, supply chain, customer support and technical teams. Individual will also serve as a back up to other texturant commercial manager team-members in their absence.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage financial targets and projections as it relates to business P&L
Create and maintain performance activities to ensure execution across the business
Communicate with sales, supply chain, & customer support teams to address all gap areas
Build on relationships to strengthen our forecast metrics
Work with Supply Chain and QA on all Dispositions/Financial Impacts
Concierge to ensuring Opportunity Stage gates in Salesforce execute
Assist in a variety of projects that drive execution and strategies
Assist in developing/maintaining global trade flow data for Go to Market strategy
Develop and educate others w/ technical knowledge of the portfolio
Contribute as a key member of the Nutrition’s Texturants team to drive business growth
