BA/BS in accounting or related field
CPA license required
Deep technical expertise in tax and accounting software
Strong project management and analytical skills
Drive client success through effective communication, strategic tax planning, and risk analysis.
Support organizational growth by developing tax strategies and identifying new sales opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, clear communication, and efficient internal processes.
Mentor more junior accountants.
