These available full-time and part-time positions are on-site, giving you the chance to directly interact and connect with the individuals you're supporting.

GREAT PAY

Part-time aides can earn up to $21.48 per hour . Full-time rates include a combination of base rate, MAP certification, differentials, and retention pay.

Benefits eligibility after a 90-day waiting period (for employees scheduled 30+ hours per week). Sign-on Bonus up to $2,000! The new hire MAP Certification bonus is $350.

• Up to 75% ($1,500) paid out within the first 90 days
• Up to 25% ($500) paid out upon the completion of 180 days

Bonuses for part-time positions are prorated.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The following shifts are available:

• Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - (12.5 hours per week)
• Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - (32 hours per week)
• Thursday and Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. - (26 hours per week)

In this Individual Support Specialist role, you play a crucial part in assisting individuals to reach their full potential and take control of their lives. Your contributions are significant as you provide support in various areas, including personal hygiene, cooking, household tasks, socialization, health and wellness, recreational activities, and community engagement. You become the bridge between their current accomplishments and their desired goals. Your commitment makes a real difference, and your qualities are valued in creating a supportive environment for individuals on their journey toward independence.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Previous experience with supporting individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities is preferred
• Experience with various daily data documentation, behavior, and medical needs of individuals is preferred
• MAP certification - If not already certified, you must be willing and able to pass within a certain time frame from the date of transfer.
• Driver's license
