Positions: 1 - First Shift Opening 1 - Second Shift Opening Overhead Door manufacturers industrial, commercial, and residential garage/upward lifting doors. They complete the whole process of manufacturing the panels, windows, doors, and accessories. Candidates will be working as an industrial electrician for the plant. Candidates will need to be able to hit the ground running. The panel line is the most profitable line for Overhead Door in the plant so it is important this line is always running during production. Candidates will be responsible for electrical repairs and troubleshooting. On first and second shift a lot of the maintenance performed is reactive maintenance to the machines or getting the machines up and running. There is no production on third shift so the maintenance team gets the most PMs and repairs completed on this shift. They are really needing someone to be a "self starter" in this role and hit the ground running as they will have minimal training other than specialized training. They do not want to have to "babysit" anyone especially on third shift where the only people who will be working in the plant will primarily be the maintenance team. The first shift position needs to be someone very skilled and has a lot of relevant experience. the second shift position can be someone more entry level with a bachelors out of a tech school such as Penn College. the PERFECT candidate will be able to complete the 5 tasks below... will consider candidates who can hit 3 of the 5 below. Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and program editing IS A MUST - Allen Bradley PLC experience (needed) - HMI programming or program editing - PLC networking - Electrical panel wiring and installing - Electrical panel conversions
