Job description
We are in need of a pest control technician to join our growing team! You’ll investigate potential pest invasions, identify when an issue does exist, and deploy appropriate pest control techniques to eliminate the problem. If you’re comfortable working with all kinds of critters, have great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, we are looking for you! Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety guidelines by wearing protective equipment and following the instructions for each pest control product
- Assess customer property to identify warning signs of potential pest problems, such as termites, bed bugs, vermin, rodents, or other unwanted pests
- Combine the correct amount of chemicals to spray over the area based on the area’s measurements
- Reply to all pest control inquiries
- Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customers
Qualifications:
- Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license
- Pest control licensure from the Department of Agriculture
- Clear background check
- Good customer service skills
- Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine
