Veterinary Specialty Hospital - North County (San Marcos)is seeking  full and part-time Veterinary Assistants  to join our 24/7 Emergency, Specialty Referral, & Teaching hospital in San Marcos, California. 

ATTENTION ALL VET ASSISTANTS: 

•           Are you ready to change your focus from your current practice to the opportunities that await you in specialty medicine?  If so, you’ve come to the right place!  Here at Veterinary Specialty Hospital- North County you will find Neurology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Advanced Imaging (MRI, CT, U/S, Radiology), Blood Banking, ECC (ER, Intermediate Care, ICU) all under one roof.  In addition to these specialties, we also operate our own Pharmacy.

We have a Purdue Scholarship Program toward your RVT credentialing, as well as an in-house AVA accredited program to work towards your AVA.

•           Competitive wages with compensation based on education, experience, credentialing, and shift:

◦           Veterinary Assistant (VA) range: $15.75—$23.92/hr.
