The Channel Marketing Manager role at Relias is responsible for conceiving and executing the marketing plan for our direct-to-consumer education, community, and job site, Nurse.com. Working directly with the Manager, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communities Teams to develop and oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing programs focusing on increasing conversions via demand generation, nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns with associated tactics and measurement of results. Additionally, this role is responsible for understanding the target audience for their respective site(s), targeting persona-based segments, identifying lead generation and audience growth opportunities, and supporting the development of engaging and interactive experiences for the end user.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for nurse.com to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Leading the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Managing relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of B2C marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, Remarketing, Social Media Marketing)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proven ability to interact with product management, corporate marketing, and channel stakeholders
• Proficient in Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in healthcare or related industries.
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity working directly with Marketing Automation tools/CRM systems.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
