Job Title: Preconstruction Manager 
Job Location: 3 Locations/3 Roles Open - Flint, MI, Raleigh, NC, and Nashville, TN 
Salary: $130K-$160K DOE + Bonuses + Extensive Benefits Package!

Our project list includes industrial and various commercial projects. For our Concrete commercial division, we are looking for experienced Preconstruction Managers to join our growing team! So if you have at least 5-7+ years of professional concrete commercial construction industry experience, and are comfortable commuting and/or relocating to one of our locations in Flint, MI, Raleigh, NC, and Nashville, TN area let's chat today! What You Need for this Position

Preferred Experience with:
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of Concrete Construction industry experience 
- Experience with industrial and commercial construction projects involving concrete foundations (cast-in-place, slab-on-grade, elevated slabs, jointless slabs, and tilt-up concrete) 
- Overseeing the Preconstruction department, implementing systems, and attending critical meetings
- Effective Communication with Preconstruction team, new and existing clients, subcontractors, consultants, team members, and suppliers 
- Evaluating proposals, providing cost estimates, creating drawings 
- Experience with various Estimating software (Bid2win, Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore)
