Job description
Office Assistant/Receptionist needed swimming pool company, this is a year-round position and not seasonal.
Job Description: - Busy, fast-paced swimming pool company looking to hire a new team member to assist with our residential and commercial service department. The job is part-time up to 30 hours a week and the position is for year-round employment. The hours in the winter can be lessened making this a perfect opportunity for someone with a busy off-pool season schedule.
- Applicant must possess computer knowledge including basic Microsoft Office and have internet skills. Must be comfortable working in a small space with others while maintaining focus on the job at hand.
- Basic job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, filing, faxing, emailing, and charging credit cards. The right candidate will be trained in our scheduling program and give support with billing and customer service.
- Office experience is recommended but not required, pool experience is a plus but we will educate the right candidate.
- Hourly wage is based on experience, the hours are flexible but we are looking for someone willing to do a later morning start (10 am or 11 am) and be able to stay past 5 pm most shifts.
