Job Description Summary

Join an engineering team that is leading GE Vernova's efforts to decarbonize and electrify the world. The Aeroderivative Engineering organization supports the accessories and packaging design work required to launch new product designs, manufacture, and service customers utilizing GE's aeroderivative gas turbine technology.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the design team responsible for fluid accessories across all GEV Aeroderivative Gas Turbine opportunities, new unit sales, manufacturing, product service, and upgrades 
• Develop novel designs for fuel systems, lubrication and heat rejection, ventilation, fire system, generator, electrical distribution and other auxiliaries 
• Work with experienced engineers and suppliers to create designs for fluid accessory components (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation) - Review customer and fleet data to support redesign efforts that improve customer reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

The base pay range for this position is 69,600.00 - 104,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% bonus.
