Immediate Openings for CDL-A Team Drivers
West Valley City, Utah
Each Driver Earns $85-100,000 per Year
We are seeking Class A CDL teams to join our team here at IBI Security Transport. Our focus is on providing white glove service in the transportation of high-value secure freight for our exclusive client base, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to safety and excellence.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Hold a valid Class A CDL license - Have at least 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle
Be at least 21 years of age
Pass a DOT physical and drug screening and able to pass a background check for additional state licensing.
Haz-Mat or Ability to obtain Haz-Mat a plus
Ability and willingness to operate a Manual Transmission

Compensation:
$6,000 Sign-on Bonus Per Driver paid over 12 months
$0.75 per mile split to the team
Stop pay for each stop, Detention Pay, Layover Pay, Paid per Driver
Daily meal allowance

With less than 30 OTR trucks, we provide the benefits that often only larger companies can offer. Due to the nature of our freight and customer base, it is not uncommon to have part or all of a weekend off. Being home for the weekend is often possible if you live near one of our offices. The company reimburses for hotel rooms if you do not live near your home office.
We work to schedule, so each team has 1 week off for every 4 weeks out. You can take your truck home if there is parking in your area. No having to leave it at a company terminal or approved drop lot.
While no company is perfect, IBI works hard to provide its drivers an opportunity for a life beyond the truck. This is why many of our drivers stay so long and intend to retire from IBI.
