Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)
The Slot Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Slot Department and assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and manage the budget for the Slots Department.
- Manage processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Manage staffing and scheduling levels to ensure the gaming experience for guests and work experience for team members is an enjoyable one.
- Delegate duties and assign responsibilities as warranted.
- Training and development of staff to ensure they are successful in providing the highest level of guest service to ensure guests have a positive gaming experience each time they interface with a slot department team member.
- Direct and manage slot equipment change outs, placement and repair.
- Review slot activities and promotional status with the Vice President.
- Monitor and adjust slot equipment performance to ensure level is equal to or exceeds the standards of the competition.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience with operations and management in multi device 24- hour casino slot department. Three (3) years of experience in managing people, processes and budgets.
- A 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Working Conditions
