Job Description Summary
Manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.), and management approves.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up, delivery of goods, and status and communication that comply with KPIs.
- Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans, as defined by KPIs.
- Includes support of direct people management responsibilities and/or contracted logistics service including staffing and performance engagement and enhancement.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, technical experience, standardize work execution including policy and strategy development.
- Has knowledge of best practices, including an understanding of interactions between logistics and other functions.
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated functional processes with technical variety and/or interdependent timing.
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and external sources to arrive at the most favorable decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May leads projects. May be required to present and/or explain information, metrics, results. May be required to convey performance expectations and may be required to handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Logistics or (High school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Logistics).
- Strong data analytic skills- MS Office experienced
- Fluent in English and Spanish including Logistics related terminology.

The base pay range for this position is ($71,700-$89,600 USD)The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 5% Annual bonus.
