What we offer:
Job Summary:
The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting Globalstar's IoT and Spot customers in assisting them with technical details necessary to integrate our products into their applications. Further, they will support our Sales team by serving as a SME on the Globalstar products in customer calls. They will also serve as a development engineering resource in becoming a SME on new product to serve in Beta trials with customers. In addition, they will document, investigate, validate, and define customer/product issues in JIRA for engineering review.
In this role, customer documentation will be kept in JIRA. The interface to IT and Engineering will be through JIRA. The FAE must be capable of understanding embedded systems to support the customer and engineering through application testing utilizing nRF tools and python scripting.
