MUST HAVE 3 YEARS OF WELDING/FITTING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Welder Fitter to join a manufacturing company in Conroe, TX!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Occasional Saturday's)
Welder Fitter's Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of welding/fitting experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
- Ability to lift 50-100 Lbs.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience welding aluminum.
- Must be able to work at heights ranging from 6 to 8 feet.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fit properly.

Welder Fitter's Responsibilities:
- Weld aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel using MiG, TIG, Stick and flux-cord welding styles.
- Skilled at reading engineering drawings.
- Maintain welding equipment and welding areas clean and organized.
- Understand and maintain quality requirements.
- Skilled in measurements and understanding metric vs. British.
- Fit components together.
