Admissions Enrollment Recruiter, School of Professional Studies 

Trinity Washington University, seeks a data-driven recruiter and enrollment professional (one who can yield results) with superior interpersonal skills, a commitment to the mission of Trinity and an understanding of the market and needs of adult learners who strive to complete undergraduate and certificate programs. The Enrollment Recruiter, will diligently manage a portfolio of passionate prospects from inquiry though enrollment working collaboratively with Enrollment Services (Financial Aid, Advising and Student Success) and the Academic Unit to ensure clarity regarding program features and benefits. The successful candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment work, deploy a creative and personable enrollment approach and understand the value of professional collaboration within a student-centered environment.

The Admissions Enrollment Recruiter will recruit and support enrollment goals for new student growth in the following programs: Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Education and Journalism/Media Studies. He/She will serve with a team of highly capable professionals, all committed to the mission, and under the overall direction of the Vice President of Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions.

Successful candidates will have a track record of results and/or a demonstrated capacity to convert prospective adult learners into enrolled students in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Increase applications for targeted enrollment growth utilizing innovative market outreach and sales strategies
• Align performance metrics with overall departmental and institutional goals
• Develop and execute yield events
• Use data to track enrollment analytics and target efforts for outreach
• Produce and provide compelling presentations for multiple constituents to support enrollment growth

• Ideal candidates may have successful backgrounds in political fundraising, membership development, customer service and non-profit fundraising. Experience in collegiate admissions and marketing for adult and non-traditional programs is helpful.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree, required, with at least three years of successful professional sales or related experience. Master’s degree, preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must have reliable and appropriate transportation. Trinity reimburses mileage and travel expenses.
