Job description

We are a local wealth management firm and have been in business since the 70's. We have $34B in assets under management and are looking to grow our offices in CHI, NYC and in Florida.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Wealth Planning Specialist in our Gift/Estate/Trust Tax Team, you will:

Be responsible for reviewing and summarizing trust and estate planning documents in support of providing estate and advanced wealth planning services to high-net-worth clients
Collaboratively analyze, develop, present, and implement financial and estate plans to high-net-worth clients by utilizing all available resources, analytic tools and wealth planning software
Partner on new business acquisition and retention/deepening of existing relationships
Ensure reviews, analysis, and recommendations are applied consistently and delivered effectively and with integrity

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED, Masters Preferred
- JD, CTFA or CPA, Series 65 Preferred
- 10+ years of relative experience in estate and financial planning, preferably working with high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and private business owners
