We're expanding our Atlanta office and seeking passionate Apartment Locators to join us at our innovative real estate brokerage. At Urban Luxe Properties, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the Apartment Finding experience by fostering teamwork, embracing innovation, and leveraging technology.

We're on the lookout for:

Apartment Finders (Sales Representatives) No real estate license required

What does an apartment locator do?

Identify apartment criteria and utilize our database to find the perfect places at the best rates.
Employ various marketing strategies, including social media, to generate leads.
Manage the entire client relationship process with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively with clients via text, phone, and email.
Curate a tailored list of properties that match clients' preferences.
Collaborate directly with properties to confirm availability, specials, and schedule tours.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential derived from closed apartment leases. While the majority of your tasks can be completed remotely, occasional visits to apartment communities across the Atlanta area are expected. Candidates must be based within the Atlanta area.
